  Just not how it used to be. Whoever the new GM is needs to be fired. The place always looks dirty, bad service specifically from the younger male employees, and just all around not a good place to go to anymore. I miss the old management.

  Don't order a soda from here, the soak their pop dispenser nozzles in bleach water, make all their pop taste like bleach

  jimmy johns sandwiches are pretty good, but if you have any problems with your order there's no easy way to contact them in their app. you can call, and get store credit that you can only use if you call them again during your next order

  Have ordered here several times doesnt get food right when delivered or when standing right in front of them and also when confronting doesnt care and makes jokes!

  I ordered the sandwich i always do and they usually get it right. i ordered online and got the #9 italian and take off onions and add cucumber. i got it through drive through. and the sandwich i got was completely wrong. only ham on it they somehow added roast beef and mustard and did not have the other meat that was supposed to be on it. i ordered online i’m not sure how they messed up so bad. i didn’t realize until i got home. and the thing is this has happened before. i don’t have many good experiences with this jimmy johns. i am very disappointed.
