  We have given this DQ multiple chances but lately it is getting worse. When you order a blizzard with fruit in it and there is no fruit at all, zero, that is bad. Same with reese's blizzard, no reese's, just vanilla ice cream. Fries were the tiny bits at the bottom of the tub and extremely salty. Service was excellent but quality of food horrible. Done giving them chances.

  Asked for 3 separate orders which is the same as having 3 people going through the drive thru. People taking our order were complaining about the seperate orders and continued to be rude so we left. Not great customer service at all.

  Was very, very rude on the mic. Seemed like they wanted us to be done before we even got started. I do not have to take this customer service and because of the terrible customer service, I was not given a drink Or offered a meal deal. The little fundamental things that everyone can do y’all cannot do. Fix it. When are you going to get him?

  My boyfriend and I went in tonight to get ice cream and we stood inside for 15 minutes before we were helped. There were 4-5 employees up front and they all weren’t doing anything. While we were there the ice cream machine states making this loud noise and an odd smell started to fill the space and all the employees were just laughing about it, very unprofessional. We almost asked for our money back like the customers after us did. The ice cream I had tasted off from what i usually get and it was very short on the mix ins. Manager needs to fix the attitudes and the customer service with these specific staff members that worked tonight.

  First off, the quality of this dairy Queen has definitely been improving. The food and service is much better than I remember in previous years. My last two experiences have been solid. The first one was through doordash, and my food came hot and fresh, looking straight out of an advertisement. I was shocked in the best way. The second there was a slight mistake on my order and I received the wrong item. I went back with my receipt and the boxes to request the original item. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very quick with the service. It was a busy day with a lot of families in the lobby and they took the time to get my order fixed within minutes. All the kids at the counter were doing great and the staff seemed to communicate well. I'll definitely be coming back as long as y'all keep it up.
