I do not appreciate getting yelled at by an employee for parking in an Online Pickup spot when the entire lot was packed full, except for the online and handicap spots. First time I ever did it and she told me, as we were loading our groceries, that their were plenty of spots to park and we can't be parking there. (Mind you we had been in there for approx. 45 min, so cars had cleared out) MMMMM that's weird because when I pulled in it wasn't, I had to WAIT to get a cart. Why go out of your way to chew a customer out like that, meanwhile every other online order spot was still open. Customer service could improve.
