    It had been a long day, I had spent 6 whole hours getting tattooed, ribs, side, hip, I just wanted some Taco Bell after to finish on a good note. I ordered ahead through the app and pulled up in the drive through to pick it up. Idk what the person two cars ahead ordered but it was taking FOREVER. Sat there for probably 20 minutes, car in park, not even worth sitting there with my foot on the break anymore. I’m tired, I’m hungry, my skin is throbbing, and I just wanted my Taco Bell. So with my windows closed, not bothering anyone else I have a very justified crash out and yell “how long is this going to take” again, in my nearly soundproof car. And what do the people working the drive through do? Call over all their friends to point and laugh at me in my car, tears of exhaustion running down my face. Absolutely everyone openly laughing at me, with no shame. When I did finally get to the window they practically threw my food at me, closed the window and went back to snickering at me. I try to be nice bc I remember what it was like to be a teenager, in fact I still am. But this was humiliating, they could have at least waited till I was gone to make fun of me, but to continue to laugh and point as I am openly stating them down, wow. Just wow.

    4/12/26 Well sadly they came back & they didn’t hold up their end at keeping a good review. They kept messing up the meals & forgetting the drinks. Then getting shot with the customer oh then coms back & says “thank you for your patience” what about you being grumpy 😡… The last time I did have to tell them my drink okay no big deal this time I had to do the same thing seriously read the ticket before you bring it out so I don’t have to ask for my drink AGAIN… The lobby for sure needed needed some TLC & tables were gross… just before I got her the parking lot was completely empty no was in drive through. WHAT THE HECK were you guys doing… You should have been cleaning for the dinner crowd…., I won’t be back… There’s others I will go to… So I stopped in on 3/29/26. I know a lot of the times when I stopped in on a Sunday at an establishment like this I will notice that the staff just simply don’t care & the lobby goes unnoticed. WOW!! This Taco Bell needs to be commended on how clean the lobby was and how nice the staff was on a Sunday. Even the parking lot was nice and clean.😱😱 The food was made perfect & that is rare to TB & I actually got everything I ordered & it was ALL right as I requested. 🥰 If you your flying by on I29 or staying for a while be sure to ck this TB out. I truly was shocked.. I will be back to see if they keep their ratings 🥰.

    Ordered through the app last night and when it gets delivered I’m missing a whole box and both drinks. I call the store and asked that if I just come pick it up can I get what I’m missing? I get told no, and the night manager swore up and down they gave everything to the doordasher. I call DoorDash and they even tried calling the store to see if a redelivery can be done and once again, the store manager refuses to rectify the fact that I’m missing half my order. I get told I’d have to do a whole other order, I have hungry kids so once again, I place another order. Guess that means I GET TO MISS ANOTHER ITEM. The app only offers a whopping $10 credit that doesn’t cover the delivery fees either. So this manager wants to tell me that both times i’m missing items out of my orders in two back to back orders is because it’s doordash’s fault? And then you don’t want to make sure that you worth DoorDash so that the paying customer gets what they ordered? I was ordering from here often but I’ve learned my lesson.
