  Absolutely terrible experience. The customer service was awful, and the food tasted off. Not long after eating, my girlfriend got sick and started throwing up. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

  it was ok it's a taco bell. As the rest of fast food places on earth the workers are uninterested. you can't print out a receipt. so you enter your information to have it texted or emailed. Of course the email did not go through to my work. I need it so thanks for the hassle of me getting into trouble at work. try getting some paper so a person can print out a receipt if needed. one person didn't get their drink the workers acted like they couldn't see him. for pete's sake.

  Absolutely ridiculous location. Showed up the day before since this location is the only location on the west side and fairly new. Youd think they would want a decent reputation from the beginning. On the evening of 4.8.26 standing outside the front door are 3 employees smoking cigarettes with maybe 4 teeth amongst the 3 of them. NO ONE is inside the building to take the order. Lobby is COMPLETELY trashed with not a single clean table. Figured if you have enough time to smoke you could at least clean your lobby first. Then show up the morning of 4.11.26 at 10:30. Figured maybe its just the night crew thats incompetent. Order 3 breakfast crunch wraps and guess what? They pulled breakfast because they ran out of eggs!! Said they take 45 minutes to make!! Why didn't your manager see the lack of eggs at 10 and say Golly maybe we should serve our customers and make more eggs since we serve breakfast till 11?? This is the equivalent of not serving at 8:30 because you close at 9. Asinine. Who the hell manages this location? Whoever the regional manager is should be embarrassed.

  Just getting tired of not getting what we ordered. Once again, get home to find out I paid for something that I didn't get. Also, how hard would it be to label the different "miniature" size crunchwraps with the meat option? Instead we have peel each one.
