  The service was terrible; we waited forever, and the guy taking our order was absolutely rude and inconsiderate. When I gave him our order for three, mind you, he scoffed after the first meal as if it was to much.

  This location is pretty run down. None of the car bay screens seemed to work so I had to use the drive through and even there that speaker was pretty old and worn out so the crew member taking my order had a hard time hearing me. This place needs serious repairs. The food was decent and the crew members were nice though.

  We ordered delivery through the app, but our drinks and shakes never showed up—only the food. We called the driver, and they said to contact the store because they were never given the drinks. Tried calling the location several times, but no one ever answered. Reached out to Sonic’s customer service for a refund, and all they offered was one free shake and $5 off $10. Our missing drinks were worth over $25, so that didn’t really help and declined as we wanted the drinks or a refund for them. They told us a manager would contact us within 8 hours, but it’s been over a week and we still haven’t heard from anyone. Really disappointing experience overall. Update 4/7 still have heard from anyone about a refund on the missing drinks.

  DONT GO HERE. If I could give this place negative stars I would. I just waited at 15 to 20 minutes at the drive-in to order… nobody answered. Decided to go to the drive thru and waited for 25 minutes (the two cars in front of me left because nobody answered). Finally someone came through the speaker and was brand new (don’t know how to use use POS system or even the item names/what’s on the menu). That part is whatever but nobody was helping her or switching positions with her (there’s at lease 5ppl in drive thru line at this point). After I had basically spent 10 minutes, placing my order, waiting for the new worker to find the items in her computer, the speaker went silent and I never heard another word. Someone came out about 5min later , leisurely walked over (nice and slow) and said they were short staffed and it’d be a 15-20min wait (after I had already placed my entire order). The employee proceeded to stand outside and hit her vape instead of going back inside and helping out the “shorthanded staff”. This location SUCKS and their employees all act like they hate their life. Hopefully corporate sees this and either shuts this place down or fixes everything internally (staff, manager, etc).
