  This specific store is my go to place because it’s close to my work and we have my toddler’s favorite pizza “the cheese sticks “ mistakes happen but they are very quick and apologetic to fix it.

  After not receiving the deal advertised in the window the first pizza came out wrong then when I discovered I could have entered the deal online I cancelled my in-store order to save money then employee d made disparaging comments about me cancelling my order so I left the food and walked away they give spit in your food vibes

  If I could give a zero star review I would. We placed our order tonight via the website and were told it would be 25-30 minutes. After 60 minutes I called and asked to speak to someone who said it was pretty sure it had left the store. After 10 additional minutes I called back and waited 10 minutes on hold to speak to the manager “Sally” and she got on the call and said what do you want me to do?…I said I’m just surprised it is this late since we placed out order through your website not through a third party. She said “well that’s your problem. They don’t know how busy we are” I said well I like a refund and she said you can call back in the morning and I was going to ask if she knew an update on our existing order and she hung up on me before answering. So unimpressed with the customer service I will absolutely NEVER order from this location again.
