  Terrible delivery experience. They contract out delivery via Uber. My driver was across town on a Saturday. Waited 40 minutes for my food.

  Sometimes I get dinner from here, and the food is always great. A couple weeks ago though, my mother realized she had been given the wrong sandwich, so she came back to Jimmy John’s to get the one she asked for. Instead the cashier yelled at her, but she did get the sandwich she wanted in the end. Other than that, the food here is good.
