I got the chili and I just want some consistency in beef to beans. Some nights it's perfect (70% beef/30% beans) last night was 95% beans/ 5% beef ((not exaggerating). If I wanted bean soup, I would go get Chinese cuisine that doesn't include beans. Please make your chili consistent. I enjoy it when it's consistent, otherwise I don't give your business any attention for at least two months.

The service was terrible, I was the first person in line and they had told me to pull up to the second window to wait for my food so I did. 45 minutes goes by and 5-6 cars behind me get there food and drinks, so I make the decision to pull around back to the microphone and speak to them I ask them where my order is and the woman asks me what I ordered I repeat my order and she said they were just waiting on the nuggets, they finally have my order done and give it to me. They claimed that they were waiting for my nuggets to finish but they were all stale when I got them, my burger and fries were soggy as well.

I don’t understand why it takes 25 minutes to make a junior cheeseburger. The past 4 times I have gotten a junior cheeseburger, they have NEVER made it right with the toppings I have asked for. I will never understand and will never go back!
