  Well I mainly go through the drive through so don't read this review if you want about my inside experience (none) Why I can't give a five star is because they don't like to listen and give in to the extra sauce you pay extra for. The app also is giving me trouble in not letting me order each time. I've found a way around it (Keep making it try to order) but it would be nice to make it easier again.. Now to go with the food one last time, anytime I get coffee, they either put a loving amount of creamer in or just about nothing in it. As I prefer more I feel as if should be a button of how much creamer you want.. from about how many pumps of creamer, and from 0x 3x 5x or 8x. Great idea.

  The kid at the windows, Zach b will get mad at you for asking anything that doesnt involve pressing buttons on a touchscreen tablet. At least they give you the decency to call it rain when they piss on you. Gave me my order of steak nachofries but just put it in a Mexican pizza box. No respect for the customer or consumer. Do not support these people.

  In a door Dasher it's 8:30 pm and I've been waiting for 2 different orders for an hour now...this is absolutely the horrible service as I'm watching at least 5 employees stand around doing barely anything to get the line of customers waiting for the orders they placed for their dinners. I see cars moving thru drive thru but some of the drive thru customers are getting the wrong orders....what has come to the level of service for fast food...this is not fast and I could e completed more orders and made more money rather than sit in a store that should be serving fast food instead of what it is serving as slow as possible. My suggestion Taco Bell is if your not able to keep up with customer orders in store and online orders and so that it's still fast food is maybe have a dedicated team for your online orders that run so that way customers aren't waiting for over an hour for an order they placed online regardless if it was it through doordash or some other platform or even your own website

  Spent $53 there , our food was suppose to be ready at 7:34 didn’t get it until after 8 after they found the order anyway, first they said they didn’t have it. Then got almost $60 in food stuffed into one bag, everything was smashed in it fries were spilled all over we were missing a fry and a taco and then when I called the phone rang and rang and rang. When I finally got a hold of someone I was told to come back in they would remake it, yeah I decided not to even go back, did not want to wait another hour for my food either. Thanks for the horrible dinner, terrible service and the worst packaging of someone’s food I’ve ever seen in my life .

  Ordered a door dash at 11:45 it’s not 1:31 food is still not here I was even texting w my door dasher and she said the employees were rude and being lazy not doing anything and there were no customers only about 8 dashers that’s had been waiting for 20+ min while employees were saying they haven’t even started working on any dashes yet I tried to call Taco Bell a couple times and either just kept ringing or call failed after 1 or 2 rings at that time I thought no dashers were picking it up so I was going to ask for it to be made fresh but obviously this it not on door dash it’s on the restaurant and employees not doing there job I wasn’t even mad until I contacted my dasher I’m 6 months pregnant an just wanted my food an can’t drive atm it I knew it would have been a 2+ hour wait I would have just waked down the block to Arby’s I will never come here again my food better be fresh and made right because this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant
