We live all the way across town so its a trek and a half to go anywhere. We got home and our food was barren. We got about 3 tablespoons of meat, taco was missing half of the “supreme” ingredients, and our nachos were soggy. (Yes we were eating on the way home) Dont waste your time or money on this lousy excuse of a franchise. Thanks!

The ladies in the service window were unpleasant and rushed us through rather correcting our order. There are a lot of good places to eat in the area, this is not one of them.

My order was wrong the first time, and when it was sent again, the food was ICE cold, half the items were missing, and the ones I did get looked rushed and poorly made. How do you mess up the same order twice in one night? If you’re paying for food and delivery, you expect at least the correct order and hot food — not half-assed service. This was a complete waste of money and time. I won’t be ordering again.

Guess she isn't greatful of that paycheck she gets. The food is ok to be honest. The fact that taco bell doesn't have a sub button is insane. You can't sub anything for anything. It just becomes an extra charge. Really disappointing and we won't be back
