Food was completely unprepared and I was missing items off my order. Chalupa was harder than a rock. Staff was extremely unfriendly. Called them to ask for a refund. Already submitted a claim to corporate. I don’t know how you can mess up a simple taco bell order.

I wish I would have seen all these horrible reviews before going... how can all these Comments go unnoticed. 5.99 for a crunch wrap Supreme and it was absolute garbage.. I watched the guy at the window drop the bag on the floor, like I can't even make this up... was all broken and sogggggy. Please do better!

This is a new store so I always give it some grace. Part of that,if available, is ordering ahead so Im not one of those people you see waiting for food in a drive through or lobby who stand there with sour looks and loud sighs as they wait for their food. Even with planning I almost became that person. I ordered my food for pick up from downtown. I selected pick up in lobby to stay out of a busy drive through. It said my order, just some Nachos, would be ready by 658. I walked in at 658. The lobby was packed. I had noticed the drive thru was wrapped and was grateful I ordered ahead. It didn't matter. I watched as the person behind the counter moved with some urgency but didn't say a word. She placed a bag on the counter and walked away. Im not sure she spoke at the drive through window she was alao working but I really wanted to lean my head over and check. But I stood there and watched and waited. 710, 720, 730. Bags made and left on the counter with no announcement. People around me had already begun the crowd mumble, a low bubble. Is she going to even say a name? Said one. How do we know whose that is? Said another. Finally some young man came up and began to call names. Its 740. Some would have just left and written off the money but I was hungry and had worked a 12 hour day and just wanted my food plus I was invested on this semi restrained silent chaos. People huffed by. They grabbed their bags with a aggressive emphasis and stomped out. I wish I had popcorn, or my nachos. 745, my name was called by the "sound" man. I said thank you and took my bag and left. I ate some on the car. I was starving but give me credit for not eating it all in the parking lot, in the dark like some racoon. My hopes are this will get better. My fear is that it won't.

A tablespoon of meat in my taco, along with a pinch of shredded cheese and tablespoon of lettuce - they can't be serious. Asked for hot sauce and was given 9 packets for one taco. Why the heck would I need that many packets?! This place is awful.

Oh, what a gourmet feast I had tonight! I decided to indulge in a “crunch wrap,” which, surprise surprise, was packed with a whopping two teaspoons of meat—because who needs more? The hard shell taco was basically a meat-free zone too, just like a fancy pastry with a tiny crumb of beef inside. We even went as far as buying two hard shell tacos, and guess what? They each had a measly tablespoon of meat—cold, of course, because warmth is overrated. To crown this culinary masterpiece, I ordered a Pepsi, which arrived ice-less and sparkling with the effervescent flatness of a drink that clearly lost its purpose in life. Honestly, this place should be shut down faster than you can say “full-service restaurant.” Give me an MRE any day—I’m done with these gourmet disappointments.
