U was greeted by a nice staff named Aliyah, who suggested their new protein pocket which is wrapped in a tortilla very similar to flat bread. I thanked her for the wonderful suggestion. The protein pocket was very good. She thanked me and told me to have a nice day. Wow, this is subway and she demonstrated better customer service than these fancy Sioux Falls restaurants!

I walked in there tonight at 8:59 p.m. I now understand they close at 9:00, however, the door still unlocked, employees still behind the counter AND their open sign still on. They could have made two simple sandwiches and kept my business. The short old guy with the beard behind the counter needs to really work on his customer service skills. This location has lost me as a customer as long as I live in Sioux Falls
