While I was there I saw no one get their food and was offered no explanation as to why food was not coming out. We waited an hour, before the sonic employees gave up and shut the lights to the building off. Closing early and leaving at least 12 costumers without food or any form of service. I would’ve been okay if they answered the order buttons or gave an explanation for what was going on. But they did not. They simply left people sitting at the pull up windows and in the drive through for over an hour. I am disappointed with the service I didn’t even receive!
