I love that they make your food right in front of you so nothing is ever messed up with my order. These are the reasons and more that I’m always stopping in to the east 10th location. Even when they are super busy it’s always a quick in and out. Always a clean environment. Their fresh brewed tea and fresh grilled steak always hit the spot. You can also tell their chips are made in house daily. Always super fresh everything! Thanks Qdoba!

While waiting for my order at the front counter, I clearly overheard Rachael loudly reprimanding employees in the back, shouting phrases like "What are you doing bavk here?" in a harsh and aggressive tone that carried throughout the entire restaurant. It was impossible for customers to ignore and created an immediately tense atmosphere. Moments later, she came to the front line and quietly spoke to the employee who was preparing my burrito. Whatever she said visibly affected him—he had been attentive and enthusiastic while assembling my order up until that point, but afterward his demeanor changed completely. He became noticeably subdued and rushed through the rest of the preparation without the same care or energy. It is deeply disappointing to witness a manager treat her staff with such obvious disrespect in front of customers. No employee deserves to be berated publicly or privately in a way that impacts their performance and the overall dining experience. After finishing my meal, I asked another employee who was cleaning tables for the manager's name, and they confirmed it was Rachael. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me that I will not return to this specific location. There are two other Great Qdoba restaurants nearby that consistently provide better service and a more positive environment—this one simply does not compare. I very strongly recommend visiting one of the other locations instead.
