She was chomping on her gum while talking to us, did not smile at all and when I gave her my Pizza Ranch Rewards card, she informed me that there was not an account associated with my card. This is the only Pizza Ranch we go to so I did not understand what the problem was. I asked her if the card was expired for some reason and she said she didn't know. I have never had a problem using it before. So for four adult meals, the total came to just over $70. After paying for our meals, we were not told "thank you", "enjoy your meal", "have a nice day" or anything. The cashier moved on to the next customer in line. We have always enjoyed dining at this Pizza Ranch and one of the main reasons is because the staff is so friendly. We have even noticed several of the staff taking extra measures when cleaning tables and chairs, but this particular young lady did not make us feel welcomed at all. It will probably be awhile before we return.
