After 60 minutes I called and asked to speak to someone who said it was pretty sure it had left the store. After 10 additional minutes I called back and waited 10 minutes on hold to speak to the manager “Sally” and she got on the call and said what do you want me to do?…I said I’m just surprised it is this late since we placed out order through your website not through a third party. She said “well that’s your problem. They don’t know how busy we are” I said well I like a refund and she said you can call back in the morning and I was going to ask if she knew an update on our existing order and she hung up on me before answering. So unimpressed with the customer service I will absolutely NEVER order from this location again.

This is the kind of people we have running the store . This was monday night . Im so upset and embarrassed my his actions
