    My online order was not ready when it was supposed to be. Despite leaving a tip and paying the extra "service fee" I did not receive a thank you for my order or an apology for it being late. The food tasted good, but service was definitely lacking.

    Loong wait time even though no one else was in the lobby. The meat was bland, dry, and overcooked. The chicken in my gyro was hard on the sides and there was little sauce. All tables were dirty.

    With our tight schedule we planned to arrive at 10:30 as posted as their open start online, on their door etc. Just after 10:30 they were not open and it looked dark so we walked around to see if we could see any sign of life. We saw a woman in the back and she saw us and went to the door. We assumed she was opening it. Instead she posted a pink sticky note, “open @ 11”. Instead of any “sorry for the inconvenience” or better yet just opening the door to let us know. As previous restaurant owners we understand things can happen but we would never tolerate this way of handling things. On a good note, Five Guys is less than 5 minutes and we had amazing burgers! We highly recommend them.
