- TBTy Burtlow-Brobston2 days ago1.0We came in yesterday to grab food quick after leaving the Urgent Care that's located next door to this McDonald's. It was the first times we'd ever been there. We made a carry out order inside of the building and sat there for 20 minutes while people kept coming in and grabbing food that ordered after us. NO ONE ever went to the cash register. They were all in the back playing around and were so loud everyone could hear it. I approached the counter and had EVERY SINGLE PERSON IN THE BACK STARING AT ME BUT NEVER MOVING A MUSCLE. I had to lean over the counter while yelling "hello" and waving my hand just for the girl in the back to make the ONLY employee even working come to the counter to talk to me. Absolutely will NEVER return to this McDonald's. It seems others feel the same by the other reviews left. Absolutely unprofessional. Something needs to be done.

They taste like regular McDonald’s fries for a few seconds and then quickly get underwhelming. They’re not done enough and don’t have enough salt. Takes forever to get orders. One time when I was there, I heard a manager or someone lose their shit with their employees to actually work and quit dicking around - makes sense.

This time waited for 30 mins..Miss some food on the order had wait at counter for another 10 mins till serve came. My burgers was cold the double quarter pound is suppose to be cooked fresh but it was cold....what a poor service at this restaurant....my option shut this McDonald's down
