If it is I just want to say thank you for customer service for as I am concerned it is the most important part of any business. Like Bobbi said on the news we never know what a person maybe going though and a kind word can not only will brighten someone's day but it very well may change their life for the better. I myself suffer from depression and if someone just give me a smile and is kind it just brings me out of a negative aditude to a positive one. Told us to drive around to do druve thru pickup and waited thete for a solid 30 minutes and then we decided to go into there and they hadn’t even made or started my food. They cleared our order and I’m pretty sure there was drug deals going on… peolle in the drive thru that went after us got Their food before us and left within 15 seconds of getting it. All the people there were irritated and rude and annoyed and had attitude with all of us and it was unacceptable and disrespectful on a whole Nother level. Very disappointing and plus my chicken nuggets taste like rubber
