    I ordered a burger ahead on my app, over 15 minutes later I went in (I was the only one near checkout and there were 3 people total inside) to pick up two employees were 10 feet from me and one walked past me twice without acknowledgment. Same teenager then walked past me again to help a woman who was now behind me. She walked past me again and I asked her if I could get my order and had my app up so she could see the number. She then informed me that I had to go through the drive thru to pick it "because that's how we do it". I was incredulous and said "you're really not just going to hand me my order" and she said no. She then went to a slightly older female when that person seemed inquisitive as to what was going on and because I was the only one around and they were maybe 10-12 feet away I could hear most of their brief conversation. The high schooler had a snotty tone and then they both looked at me and laughed, SMH. I left the restaurant and went through drive thru which took another 13 minutes despite just a truck being in front of me. When I pulled up the female who had just done nothing asked me if I wanted my quarter pounder. At this time it had been over 20 minutes of being at this location just for a pickup that should have taken 1-2 minutes tops. My burger was luke warm at best at this point and I told her this was ridiculous and shameful behavior and she matter of factly said "sorry". I tried calling the ownership group a few times but couldn't get through so hopefully ya'l have a better experience that the train wreck I had!

    Girl cashier dropped my change on the ground as I was putting away my cash with both hands on my wallet not looking at her. Then she closed the window and ignored me trying to get her attention, at the next window the girl shorted my drink about an inch from being full and shorted me a burger that I ordered. I can’t do anything either because they didn’t include my receipt.

    I love to get some McDonald's when I get off long day of work. I like how they play music when I wait for my food to be delivered at the table. I sometimes vibe to the song and make me feel special. Sometime the food can take longer but the people are nice and friendly.

    Ordered breakfast ahead of time and waited in the car after putting the number into the app. Waited for 25 minutes before going inside of the store to see what the problem was, turns out my food was given to a customer who was inside the store. I then received my food after waiting inside the store, since apparently they must not do curbside, even though I had to put a number into the app for curbside. I went back to my car to find that my order was completely wrong. I went back into the store to just ask for a coupon or money back since I no longer want to eat here after waiting 45 minutes for 2 times. A man saying he was the district manager declined to give me my money back and insisted on just remaking it. He also refused to throw away the incorrect item for me since there was no trash can available in the lobby at the time for me to use. In the end I waited a total of 58 minutes for 2 items that were never made correctly. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.
