No extra Carmel, no pickles on cheeseburgers, buns are hard and they put middle bun on my cheeseburger.

The team at this Mc Donald's location are the best! They are not only hard-working, they are kind and special human beings. On Friday, November 7th, I had been absolutely treated in the worst way by a cookie business. I am handicapped and had ordered cookies online for a weekend get-together from the cookie place. The business does not have handicap access. Upon arrival to the cookie business, they refused me curbside service, which they normally provide. However. I was told by their manager that they would not provide me curbside service and that I had to come into the store to get my order. I explained that I am handicapped and that it would be very difficult for me to physically come in to get the order. The manager still refused to bring the order out to my car, which was parked right in front of their door. Long story short, in trying to get up the high curb to the cookie store (I am only 4' 9" tall and my knees no longer function normally), I fell down on the hard and jagged concrete. My left knee was badly bruised and the flesh was torn and bruised on both of my hands. One of my natural, real fingernails was partially ripped off. The cookie store employees just left me on the ground. A lady who was wearing a name tag from one of the local health care services helped me up from the ground. God bless her for her help. My whole body was shaking from the shock of the impact of the fall, and blood was dripping everywhere. I had to rest before leaving the parking lot. I had not eaten or had anything to drink all day. So, on the way home, I stopped at this Mc Donald's location to get something to drink and a small hamburger. Enter the heros from this Mc Donald's team!!! They saw that I was bleeding, and I guess they also noticed that I was not feeling well at all. A gentleman at the drive through window said, "Are you ok?" I told him what happened at the cookie store. He immediately called his manager over, who brought me paper towels and bandaids to help stop the bleeding. Another lady employee said about the cookie store, "That is sooo not ok." God bless them for their kindness!! It means so much to me, and I appreciated it so much!! Thank you very much Mc Donald's team!
