    The lady taking drive through order this morning insisted I cannot remove the cheese from what I was ordering. Which was a sausage mcgriddle and a sausage mcmuffin. Im lactose intolerant!!!! Other Macdonalds in sioux falls that I'm near for breakfast i can order it without cheese! And she kept saying It comes with cheese so I can't remove it. So I still ordered it and once I got my food tried to remove the cheese as much as I could and for someone reason I noticed an extra cheese on one of them and looking at my receipt she put extra cheese!! Which i did not request. Worst service here. If your lactose intolerant good luck trying to remove dairy items from your food.

    I’ll give this restaurant zero star if it would let me, but they caught an attitude when we said we wanted it to be fresh. The manager caught an attitude when I started recording him. He said he was gonna call the cops. he didn’t wanna give me corporate number. I need corporate number.they kept talking about the situation when we was told to stop talking about it which we respected that, but when we went to go sit down to eat our lunch, they were still bringing it up so I found that a problem and rude and disrespectful when they got mad cause we was recording proof all we wanting was our stuff fresh cooked to order it doesn’t give us an option for cooked to order on the mobile app so we went up there when we saw that there wasn’t nobody at the front counter we went to the pick up area so we could tell them that we wanted it fresh they came off rude and disrespectful all because we wanted sum fresh food we didn’t mind waiting

    Ordered two meals online, received only one dipping sauce. I asked for more and the employee refused saying “you have to pay for it.” So I need to share this one dipping sauce between two meals (and a different person)? I understand paying for extra dipping sauce but why do I have to pay for one single dipping sauce that should automatically come with my meal?

    Initially we attempted to order through the Kiosk but it was not working properly so we went for the counter. When we asked for assistance one of the employees just looked at us and complained to another staff member saying, “Someone is asking for help for some reason”, and continued to look at us like we were stupid. The lady who took our order did fine and asked if we wanted our order for here or to-go, we said we wanted our food for here. She handed us our table marker since we were dining in and charged us out. We waited about 10 minutes and realized that our food was placed in a bag as if it was to-go which was slightly frustrating. When we sat back down we realized we wanted a tray to eat our food on. So my partner went to ask for a tray, again, staff members just looked at him without assisting until he had to loudly say, “can I have a tray”. A young Caucasian male named “Chase” with a young Justin Beiber haircut and black framed glasses came up visibly upset and with attitude, asked for our receipt in order to prove that our order was to-go. My partner said that’s fine but I just want a tray. He was then told by Chase in a rude tone, “you know what I’m just issue a refund and you can leave”. My partner turned around and looked at me and said, “We’re being asked to leave”. I the. got involved and expressed that we just wanted a tray. Chase then threatened to call the cops on us for trespassing and continued to be rude towards us for no reason. He then stormed off and got a manager. We re-explained the situation to the manager, we were issued a refund and apologized for his employees attitude. We were and are still extremely confused about the hostile attitude that Chase presented because we literally only wanted a tray for our food. We did not threaten him and only gave back the attitude he was presenting us with. I’ve worked in public service my whole life and I have never been rude to client like this even when I’ve been cursed at. There was no reason to be so hostile at all. This McDonald’s has lost my service and I hope you all avoid this location as well. If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. Seriously a vibe killer and I hope Chase looses his job at this rate.

    This employee had on a black do-rag a black shirt and he was African American. I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s on 41st Street around 2:30 a.m. while picking up a DoorDash order. The customer messaged me asking for extra ranch, so I politely asked the employee at the window if I could pay for additional ranch out of my own pocket. Instead of simply allowing me to pay, the employee told me there was already ranch in the bag and then slammed the window shut and walked away. That behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. How hard is it to let someone pay for extra sauce? There was absolutely no reason for the attitude over something so small. I understand it was late, but working the overnight shift is a choice. Being tired or busy is not an excuse to treat customers disrespectfully. If someone chooses to work in customer service—especially management—then basic courtesy should always apply, regardless of the time of day. What made the situation worse is that I was not being difficult at all. I wasn’t asking for free items—I was willing to pay. The way this was handled makes the location look bad and shows a lack of care for both customers and delivery drivers who are helping the business make money. McDonald’s needs to take customer service more seriously, especially at late-night locations. I’m tired of fast food places being rude while still expecting people to spend their money there. I will continue leaving reviews and contacting corporate when situations like this happen because respectful service should not be optional.
