  I went to the drive-thru are the quarter pounder with cheese no ketchup no pickles when I got the buns burnt and I only have onions on it the french fries were cold I was not impressed and it probably took 10 minutes to get it

  I spent $42 for 2 meals and 1 large drink and fry! I don’t even get straws didn’t even get the fries!!! Terrible food it was cold. Then I ordered a smaller order just 1 meal freezing cold fries! Never, again am I using this restaurant again.

  Gosh, I’ve never been to a McDonalds like this. I went to order from there and placed my order. (please keep in mind that I took to go). After 5 minutes my food hadn’t came and I guess it was normal. Maybe a little slow down. Until I saw people waiting for their orders as well! I looked up at the order screen and it said my food was currently being “served” after it had been 25 minutes I waked up to the front desk and there was nobody there. I called out for somebody. No one answered. There were definitely people in the kitchen but it didn’t look like they were doing any orders just talking.Someone finally came up to me and I asked them “where is my food” and they gave me the same response as the other people: “your food is coming”in a very ignorant tone! I wasn’t happy with waiting almost 30 minutes so I told them that I had been waiting for 25 minutes, and I showed them my receipt as proof. They said that they would get started on my order right away. Which made me a little bit annoyed. They didn’t even start my order? Then, one guy came to serve someone else’s food. I asked him for my cup and he said sure. And he gave me a small cup when I ordered for large. Then another person gave me my large cup and I went to fill it up. Then my food was given to me in a tray. I asked why I was getting a tray. He said that I ordered one and I said I didn’t. So he went to put my order in my bag and I checked inside and half of my order was gone. I went up to the front desk again and yelled for someone to come up here. I asked where my order was and they said that they were “sorry” and put the rest of wrong items in my bag, I was really disappointed. I corrected them and told them what I ordered. At last, they got the correct stuff in my bag. I was sick and tired for being in there for almost an hour, because those workers were slacking off and not paying attention to anyone or anything. Just go to the Burger King across the street. The workers here don’t value there jobs and just treat it like it’s some role play. I suggest that McDonalds should get better workers and better management. Because I don’t think that’s valued here as much as it should be. Horrible! place was dirty, employees with attitudes, they don’t offer help to anyone unless attention is brought to them in a very loud manner.I certainly won’t be returning there anytime soon.
