- TTTaylorFeb 22, 20261.0I’m extremely frustrated with my experience at this Domino’s location. They canceled my order without ever contacting me no phone call, no text, nothing even though they clearly had my phone number on the order. Apparently, the reason for canceling was that their delivery area only goes up to 85th Street. I literally live right on the other side of that road I can see 85th from my balcony. Instead of simply calling me or overriding the order, they just canceled it without notice. To make matters worse, now I have a 5-day hold on my card while I wait for the refund to process. That’s completely unnecessary and avoidable. What upsets me most isn’t even the delivery boundary it’s the complete lack of effort to communicate. A simple phone call could have resolved this. Very disappointing customer service.

Kind people (one time I messed up somehow and accidentally made them waste their time on making AND delivering a duplicate order) no one was mean or acted frustrated. They told me it was okay, and we all went on with our day. Tip your delivery drivers well because they do a great job. Thanks Dominos, for being a classic standby and thank you to these employees for going above and beyond on my orders.
