  Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and took a long time delivering the replacement order. Called to talk to the manager and he was very rude and unhelpful with satisfying my complaint about their drivers mistake which made me wait for over and hour and a half for my food.

  We ordered online and they have this feature for car side delivery. We decided to utilize this service - my first time, but my wife has used it a few times - well, before the cold set in. We used the online service and said we were there - and waited about 8 minutes. We finally went in and they said that feature doesn’t work - it doesn’t notify them. Just wanted to bring awareness as you will need to go into the store since the car side delivery no longer works. It was worth a try I suppose🤷‍♂️. After posting, I got this response: Response from the owner 2 hours ago Hi Andrew! Thank you for choosing Domino's for a quick, easy meal. We love to hear that our customers enjoyed their order. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Not a mention of the actual issue at hand - the advertised service that was ‘broken’…

  Ordered food at 5:22 its still not here 7:35 and when food got here it was cold dominos is forsure on a down fall and i called down there and got pure disrespect this isn’t acceptable

  Store #2401, Saint Croix, South Dakota I placed a Carside Delivery order because I’d just finished an 18-hour workday and wanted to stay in my work truck without having to get out. My order showed “ready,” said it was boxed, and would be brought out shortly. Instead, I sat in my truck for 15 minutes with no one coming out. Finally I went inside, and a guy wearing a manager shirt simply handed me the box and said, “Aaron?” I said yes, grabbed the order, and that was it. No apology, no explanation. What really confused me was seeing six employees, all in manager shirts and pinned hats, standing around while carside orders clearly weren’t being brought out. If Domino’s can’t actually offer carside service at this location, they shouldn’t list it as an option. Very disappointed. Won’t be coming back to this store.
