Hard rice, skimpy bowl, barely any toppings, not worth the price. Undercooked steak and chicken. No to go sauces listed on door dash or Uber Eats. Small amounts of lettuce, sour cream, salsa, meat and toppings. Oh and rice is always hard!!! Chips are always broken in crumbs, stale and really salty!!!

The food here gets worse and worse. The rice is always hard, the chicken is always rubbery and not good, no flavor, very small portions, never pretty, filled up, with lots of toppings, stingy with the portions, not made with love, like other states Chipotle’s are good, looks good, the employees fill the bowls and they look nice and pretty. Sioux Falls need to do better. It’s horrible every time. I love Chipotle but can’t enjoy it in this town, the worst location I’ve ever experienced.

The food is pretty good but the service is so terrible. Each worker seems so disappointed when they have to scoop something, let alone get something from the back. I swear one of them cried when I asked if I could have fajita vegetables that he had already taken one step past. If you ask for a tortilla on the side definitely make sure you do it right away, but even then they most likely will need to be asked three more times but you won't get the chance very easily. Also, even though they have the chimichurri right at the end already packaged, they act like you asked for their first born and will need to be asked at least three times before they will put one with your food. And of course they will pout and act like they're about to cry every time. Sometimes I think it's just the day or how busy they are but then it just keeps happening. Regardless of how many people are in the store their first priority is to get you out of there, not giving you what you paid for. The rice is often either hard or mushy. There is no standardized amount of guac or meat given, seems to be a negotiation process to be able to get the amount that I paid for as they often give a quarter scoop and stare at me like they want me to hurry up. None of these things have ever been an issue at any of the Chipotles I have visited in Minnesota or even Iowa.

This one always had a tough time with the drive up window, you are always going to wait more than 20 minutes to get your food handed to you. It’s unfortunate because most stop during their lunch break and you spend half the the time just waiting for your food to be handed to you… needs to be addressed but unfortunately won’t be fixed

Fist time ever trying there food and the flavor was the only good thing about the place. every single garbage can was over flowing the fountain pop machine had ice spilling onto the floor creating a slipping hazard. every table was dirty with food remnants we politely asked an employee to clean a table for us which he did but the rag and bucket looked like they had been used to scrub the flat top. they were very dirty the water was dark brown. Even when the employees were not helping a customer they were just standing around talking when they could’ve cleaned the dining area. I really wish I took photos of how filthy this place was. It was a Sunday evening around 7 pm. Also the menu board had very limited information about what you could order so as a first time customer I had to ask what all the items where to which the server was mumbling and I had to ask three time before I could understand what he was saying.
