Honestly don’t even know where to begin. The line was out the door, which is cool fine I get being busy but they have only one person working making all the bowls and burritos kind of ridiculous. Also waited in line for 30 minutes just for them to run out of Carne Asada that’s fine. I’ll wait for more Carne Asada, but I’m not happy about is the fact that I get home to eat my bowl and my rice is hard. Like it’s not even fully cooked Honestly, just go to Qdoba at least they don’t charge you for your guac and queso

Ordered pickup for 5:50, got there at 6 and waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the window the gentleman took my name, looked through the orders, then started working on preparing other online orders. He came back after about 5 minutes and asked my name again, then left for another 5 or so minutes. He came back a THIRD TIME for my name and asked me how to spell it. He looked again briefly and then told me my order never went through. I confirmed that I paid and showed my receipt and order confirmation number. He left me sitting at the window for another 10 minutes before I pulled around to go inside and try to solve the problem. I got to the register and the person working told me they were still working on my order. I stood to the side with about 5 other people (who I expect were experiencing something similar) and waited for 10 more minutes, neither I nor anybody around me had gotten food by that point so I decided to leave. I wasted over an hour waiting on food that I paid for and never got.

I normally don’t write reviews but felt this one was needed . My granddaughter loves Chipotle and was visiting so I took her to the one on 41st Street. It was Saturday 11/8 at 7:30. There was a line of people which moved pretty quickly and that was the only positive . They were out of chips which the person taking your order should tell you right away instead of at checkout. The ice maker wasn’t working(warm pop) , no forks or knives, tables were dirty and garbage was overflowing at every container. The workers appeared to be overwhelmed . Very disappointing. Not sure we will go back unless they clean it up.

The rice was crunchy and uncooked, the beans werent good, and they ran out of corn AND ice??? The service was sloppy and all the staff looked like they hated their jobs. The atmoshere was the worst part of it all. No sense of cleaniness at all. Every table was littered with leftovers, stains, and dirt. I don't think they ever take out the trash as the counters were overflowing with bags and garbage. Also to make the experience even worse you have a dozens of people in line and its pretty cramped. Worst food experience by far.

Don't order online. They serve the busload of people standing in line at the counter first, even though your online order was placed 20 minutes before. When an order is placed and a pickup time promised, the promise should be delivered within a five minute window, not 40 minutes later after having to stand and watch 50 orders go out when they were all ordered after the online order was placed. The most disrespect as a paying customer I've ever had to endure. Also the inside of the seating area and kitchen was a total pigsty.
