- AWAustin WertJan 4, 20262.0I've have tried catering orders 3 different times from this location. And everytime there was an issue. First time, they had forgotten to even make the order. Second, they gave my order way to some one else. Third time we show up 15 minutes after the pick up time and it still wasn't ready. The whole restaurant is just pure chaos behind the counter. No one seems to be in charge or know anything about what's going on. I am writing this as im waiting for my catering order.

Once they are out, they are done serving whatever item it is they are out of. If you have worked in the food industry, you know that they have prepped for the next day. You know there is more chicken to be made or more lettuce to be cut. This is utter laziness and not okay especially when we are paying for full price. Also, some of the workers act like they are the one's paying for the food and will not give you a full scoop of protein. The 41st Street location does not do this and they make things on the spot if they are out of them even if it's 30 minutes to close. This location should close at 8:00 p.m. because every single time I get off work to get something they are out of it and then that is that. It is truly disappointing especially as a regular customer.

The mixed lemonade or juice options are always over half full so you have plenty. They do not skimp on your bowls, so you always end up with plenty extra. Which is a huge win!
