    Waited to be serviced and wasn't acknowledged, then when serviced seemed like we were an inconvenience. Customer service here could really use some work and maybe some involvement with higher management could insure no one else has an issue.

    I arrived at the drive thru at 5:32pm. I happened to look at my clock on the radio as I turned it down. There were 4 cars in front of me. I finally got to the window at 6:16pm to get my order. I ordered a 1/2lb roast beef sandwich and medium diet coke. The pop was fine. The sandwich was not. It was a regular size sandwich, but worse it was ham not roast beef. Not even a ham and cheese. It was just ham. But then I got a strange taste of something. It was onion rings or onion petals. It was disgusting. I didn't have time to return to Arby's because I was already late for my friend's house where I was supposed to be there at 6pm.
