  The lady at the window was polite. My order was screwed up. I asked for arby's roast beef there special and I got 2 barbecue, I asked for one cherry and one apple pie, and we got two apple pies.

  I've been coming here over 5 years, both as a customer and a courier. Nothing but pleasant times especially when the older gentleman manager is there. I've probably done 200 orders from this store alone. I go today after cleaning my car next door at Silver Star cause I needed water. I walk inside and get water. A younger gentleman with glasses sits at the cashier and watches me get my water. When I walked in as well, he was looking at the front door in a very weird way from the kitchen like really scoping out who was coming in. I met eyes with him then but not when I passed the counter to get water. After I filled up, I walk past him and greet him, letting him know I just got water. He basically ignores me for 3-5 seconds until I'm around the corner and says are you gonna buy anything in a really rude tone. I was heading towards the bathroom so I just said I can if it's that big of a deal and then proceeded to handle my business. After I left the bathrooms I grab my water bottle and left. This was really awkward I've done plenty of business with this store and don't really feel like I need to be harassed when I get some water. I'm pretty sure this gentleman knows of me and has seen me come in the store before doing orders I don't see why he needs to pester me over a glass of water. Also I know he saw me cleaning my car for upwards of 2 hours at Silverstar from his drive thru window at the very least.

  I ordered two Ham & Swiss Melts, one was cold, the other was warm compared to that, but wouldn't take much then for such a comparison. All the tables were dirty as usual. That's true of every single fast food place we eat at now, but we still find that so off-putting!! The service wasn't too bad. She did let my friend know there would be a bit of a wait for his potato cakes and when she brought them out she apologized for the wait, which we appreciated! My friend was very excited to try their new Steak Nuggets upon spotting the sign walking in the restaurant. The BBQ sauce they're served with did nothing for them though. He said they tasted like beef jerky and with the sauce only more so. He tried dipping them in Arby's Sauce, which he thought made them a little bit better. I noticed they looked black compared to the nice brown on the poster, so I was assuming they were overdone. The problem with being located next to a casino, other than the noise, is sharing the restrooms is a bit disconcerting! The music in Arby's was so loud I couldn't hear my friend across the table. This was between noon and 1pm, mind you, and there were only a handful of guests. So, not a pleasant atmosphere, or food, which is disappointing since they are our closest location. I just don't think we'll be going to Arby's much.

  The little old lady at the register was so sweet and adorable. The food was spot on. You NEED to try the steak bites. They are not as much steak as a perfectly smoked brisket that has been lovingly cubed. The little paper cup hides one of the most delicious things I have eaten lately.
