    I ordered food a half hour early and I still had to wait to get it when it wasn't even busy and when I got it was cold and soggy. And I didn't any napkins or asked if I wanted any sauce just here with all my fries all over the bag

    Went about 4:30 today lady at the window was visibly annoyed not sure if it was at us or another employee but she was rude and dismissive as well...if your that miserable maybe you shouldn't work in a customer service position

    Fairly big order (for 3 adults) that that was last minute online & near closing time. Lady in the drive thru was friendly and polite. Said she read part of the order wrong & was guna take another 2 mins to make it right. It total i was there less then 6 mins even with waiting for the fix. I was impressed!

    They took 30 minutes in the drive-through to get my food absolutely ridiculous. Food isn’t even that good. They need to get rid of those teenagers

    Went there on a Wednesday night. Ordered then paid then waited over 20 min for food. We did do drive through. For the first attempt to give us food it was the wrong order. Then when our order came up everything was thrown in the bag. One of the sandwich’s was out of the wrapper. The fries were only half full and cold.
