Missing toppings, missing honey/caramel. When spending $7-10 per coffee, treating ourselves, tipping the staff, it becomes a negative experience when the orders are constantly wrong and missing half the ingredients. When mentioning that stuff is missing while being handed our drinks, we get shrugged off. Slow down and do things properly and it would be a much better experience..

Paid for a coffee they couldn't see that ut showed up because their machine doesn't work. My daughter was told rudely, we'll just give you a free one. However, I have to give some feedback on their ordering process because it’s honestly a bit frustrating. The only way to order is through the drive-thru, which would be fine if the menu were easy to access. Instead, you have to scan a QR code to get the menu. But rather than just loading a simple webpage, it makes you download the menu file to your phone and open it manually. That’s an unnecessary step. To add to that, the menu file doesn’t show any sizes or prices, which means you end up having to ask the staff about all the options anyway. It turns what should be a quick order into a longer conversation and probably explains why their line moves slowly. In short, I’d really love it if they could make the menu more accessible and transparent without the hassle of downloading files. It would make the experience a lot smoother. Thanks!
