  I've never written a review for anything before in my entire life. I've never dealt with a restaurant messing up so frequently as I have with this Domino's. I have two kids that are sleeping when I typically order food, so I always have it set to be leave at door and have in the notes not to contact me. Every time I've ordered recently, the driver calls me to tell me they're not going to deliver my pizza unless I'm there in person to take it from them. I go down to get the pizza from the driver, only for them to berate me for not having left them a tip during ordering. This has happened several times with the same driver. I've had my orders canceled twice with no communication at least 40 minutes before closing time. Tonight, I ordered my usual of 2 large pizzas with some additions. Delivered was 2 smalls. No biggie. I call the store and explain I had 2 smalls instead of larges. The worker says "actually, you ordered 2 smalls." Then went completely dead quiet on the line without saying anything. A solid 30 seconds went by with nothing but me hearing the other workers in the background. I said, "so..." and still heard nothing. I waited more. Still nothing. Eventually I just said, "Okay," and hung up. Absolutely do not order from this store unless you want to get harassed for tips, your order messed up, and then refused even communication. I'm getting pizza hut instead. Update: Despite the owner commenting here about "winning back my business," I still haven't gotten refunded for anything *and* when I try calling the store, I always get told they're closed. Thanks, guys!

  Delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and took a long time delivering the replacement order. Called to talk to the manager and he was very rude and unhelpful with satisfying my complaint about their drivers mistake which made me wait for over and hour and a half for my food.

  We ordered online and they have this feature for car side delivery. We decided to utilize this service - my first time, but my wife has used it a few times - well, before the cold set in. We used the online service and said we were there - and waited about 8 minutes. We finally went in and they said that feature doesn’t work - it doesn’t notify them. Just wanted to bring awareness as you will need to go into the store since the car side delivery no longer works. It was worth a try I suppose🤷‍♂️. After posting, I got this response: Response from the owner 2 hours ago Hi Andrew! Thank you for choosing Domino's for a quick, easy meal. We love to hear that our customers enjoyed their order. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Not a mention of the actual issue at hand - the advertised service that was ‘broken’…
