  I went through the drive-through today at 12:26. Nobody was in line and literally one of their car in the parking lot. The rest were employees. They take two minutes to even take my order and then I get up to the window and pay and they park me granted I only ordered a large strawberry shake.! Two minutes goes by there’s three other cars behind me. They parked the car behind me and start handing the other guy that’s behind him his order. Meanwhile, I’m still waiting for my strawberry shake. I lean out the window and say where’s my shake in the short little girl decided to get an attitude and say did anybody teach you patients and I said did anybody teach you speed so another three minutes goes by I see the guy put my strawberry shake in the window while it’s sitting there And I go to the door and say I need my strawberry shake and she decides to grab my strawberry shake and hold it up in the air and say did anybody teach you patients and I said did anybody teach you Customer Service give me my strawberry shake now! I don’t know who this short little girl is, but she needs to be fired! You don’t talk to customers that way you don’t park cars unless they have an order that requires food!

  They need to work on their customer service. They handled us our desserts, and we got no napkins, no nothing. And drive through, we sat there and waited. We're all probably about 34 minutes. For somebody actually came to the window and now, since what we needed. I've received a telling that we needed napkins. That we didn't get any. We just got an eye roll. And then we had us the two napkins and shut the window.That's not very good customer service skills

  8pm Saturday decided to get food at DQ Nobody was at the drive through, said hello twice then a guy says they are too busy to take our order. As we drove off 5 people sitting in the dining area stand up and go to the window to watch us drive away. I wonder if one of them was the guy that was too busy to take our order.

  It took me 5 minutes for someone to even take my order. Then when I recived my blizzard the mint wasent mixed in very well. There was no mint at the bottom of the blizzard.

  Food was fast and cooked well. Staff was curtious and cheerful. The only option on my side of town that offers a chili cheese dog. Definitely will return.
