- KAKailee AltenaApr 18, 20261.0Waited 40 minutes for TWO blizzards. Overheard employees saying “It’s hell in here” and did not have long hair tied back while working with food. Our blizzards were totally melted when given to us (not flipped). Did not say hello when we ordered. All the tables were filthy and cups with sharpie were used for orders. Love DQ but would NOT recommend coming here ever!

When I asked where my food was because I was on a time limit, she did not know and then informed me it was given to someone else. I asked for a refund because I did not have time to wait for food to be re-made. Manager also took her time coming to the front.
