  This was the first and last time we will be viewing this dairy Queen. I went in to order and I had to wait approximately 2 minutes to be waited on. I asked if they could make a blizzard with chocolate ice cream. The employee wanted to know which blizzard so I told her the new donut one. I had to explain it two or three times. I ordered a medium. I also asked for a large of the same thing but with malt. That also confused her . Approximately 18 minutes later I received the two blizzards. Neither was made with chocolate ice cream.

  It might be more time efficient to drive the extra couple miles to the next closest location. I have NEVER been in this drive through and gotten my order in UNDER 20 minutes. This may be the slowest DQ i have been to anywhere in the country. And its not just something, its not just certain employees, its every single time no matter the crew work and regardless of time of day. Save your time, go to a different location.

  Food was hot but we got sauced and tossed baskets and it literally looks like plan chicken. There was little to no sauce..

  Every time I go to this DQ location, it takes at least 20 minutes to order, pay and receive what I ordered. Most of that time is spent just waiting at the window after I pay. If I order food, it takes at least 30 minutes. This is the slowest "fast" food location I have ever been to. I am siting in the drive thru as I type this on my phone. I have already waited 20 minutes and I will probably finish typing before I get my blizzard. When I arrived, there were no other cars in the drive thru and only a couple in the parking lot. This location is never busy, because it's not a populated part of town. What is the deal??? 20-30 minute wait for a blizzard is crazy. What are they doing back there?? Update: I pulled in at 5:58pm and didnt get my order until 6:28pm. Just before I did, the guy behind me literally got out of his car, walked up to the window and told them to cancel his order, then he left.

  Went to get an Oreo blizzard, when buddy tipped it over as they usually do practically all the Oreo topping fell off the top. He said quote “oops”. So it was just a medium cup of vanilla ice cream with a few crumbs…they didn’t blend it. Waited in line for 20 minutes only two cars in the drive thru for a cup of vanilla ice cream with two pieces of Oreo on the top and a few crumbs in the bottom. Thanks.
