  This is hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The prices literally change every single day for no clear reason one day it’s one price, the next day it’s higher. It feels like they’re just making up numbers as they go. On top of that, the staff seems completely untrained and careless. Orders are always messed up, portions are inconsistent, and no one seems to know what they’re doing. There’s no professionalism, no organization, and zero respect for customers. Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be open until they fix their pricing and train their employees properly.

  Ordered double chicken and queso and double rice. Got single chicken and not double rice. May have to start going to Qdoba where they actually give you what you pay for, I am very dissatisfied.

  What food you can get here is decent but they are consistently out of things. The biggest disappointment is they don’t tell you that before you order…. you get to the end of the line and they are out of different salsas, no sour cream and no guacamole. You would think if your menu listed available items and you were out, you would tell customers before they order and waste their money. Save your money & go somewhere else.

  Watched a guy use his apron that he had near raw steak to help him funnel rice into a tray. The rice tumbled down the front of this dudes stomach into the trey before serving. Another guy that was working on and off the order line used his hands to remove steak off of a burrito and threw it back in the tray. Place is unsanitary and service sucks.

  We’ve eaten from this establishment many times. Food is great, but unfortunately the service at this location is absolutely horrible. The line workers need some PR work. They’re complacent. I ordered a few BYO quesadillas and they straight up loaded it with my standard steak, then proceeded to sharply ask me “what else”? I I WANTED beans, peppers and I wanted queso on my BYO quesadillas before they closed it. No dice! My sides I chose was sour cream, rice, and corn…I laughed at my hubby and shook my head. I paid 40$ for 3-2- 1/4” quesadillas! 🥺 The tall lady who checked us out was kind and shook her head at the line. I’m sure Chipotle will simply post a link to take it up with someone else. They need someone who wants more customers here.
