    My daughter loves the play place, but the west side location seemed to have it together so much faster after opening. Slow, inaccurate orders, etc. u am sure it will get better!

    The restaurant was extremely busy, and unfortunately we didn’t realize until we got home that part of our order was missing. After a long 13-hour shift, that was really disappointing. However, when we returned and explained the situation, the manager on duty handled it professionally and remade our entire order without any hassle. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and willingness to make things right. Thank you!

    We finally get a Chick-fil-A in Sioux falls with a play place! It's fantastic as it's so rare to find any fast food place here with a play area. The food is the same as all other locations and at the time of writing they have a spectacular jalapeno ranch sandwich.

    What a horrible layout. This place is not set up to be efficient in any way shape or form. Once you are in line, you are locked in unless you try and squeeze by in the mobile line. Single order from kiosk while in line. So SLOW! Multiple cars tried to jump out of line and not purchase anything because of the wait times, but they got caught up in the funnel.

    I visited your location recently and had one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. There was no greeting when ordering, my order was incorrect, and I was not given napkins or sauce. &When I politely asked about the mistake, the staff responded with noticeable attitude rather than resolving the issue professionally. Not to mention they also forgot the lady’s chicken sandwich that was in front of us in drive thru. What stood out most was that the store was not busy, yet the manager was standing nearby and did not step in or appear to be actively overseeing the team. This reflects a lack of leadership and training, which is surprising given Chick-fil-A’s usual reputation for high standards and customer service. I’ve had consistently positive experiences at other Chick-fil-A locations across multiple states, which is why this visit was so disappointing. I’m sharing this because this location is clearly not operating at the level your brand is known for, and it needs attention. I would appreciate this being addressed so future customers don’t have the same experience. The young man working the drive thru was clearly overwhelmed & it’s not the employees that are fault. This roots directly from the management & the training. I will give him props bc he did say “my pleasure” one time before trying to send me on my way with an incomplete order.
