- EHemma HoldenMar 11, 20261.0IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. This occurred with the woman at the cash register on Wednesday, March 11 2025, at @8:45pm. Really disappointing experience at this Wendy’s location. An order placed through DoorDash was incorrect (received nuggets instead of fries). After already paying for delivery, we had to drive there to try to get it fixed. The staff were very rude and said they were “too busy” to help. There was no apology and no effort to correct the mistake. Errors happen, but basic customer service should still be expected. This location handled it very poorly.

My Coke on the first sip tasted extremely weird. Worse than a Canned Coke in my opinion, so I asked my partner to try it. We both agreed that there was a “tobacco” flavor in the drink that we could only deduce as most likely spit. Utterly disgusting, and I only hope I was wrong in that assumption. This isn’t my first time at the Location, but it will for sure be the last. Would not recommend.
