  I ordered two smoothies and a flat bread through their website. They deliver Through door dash. It cost me $26. I did not get our wrap and I did not get straws for the smoothies. I had a sick kiddo that only drinks from straws. He wouldn’t drink it without a straw. I tried contacting the location and their number is not working. I couldn’t do anything through door dash as I didn’t order through them. I did however tell the driver that I ordered a wrap and was told they didn’t give it to them and there was nothing they could do as I didn’t order through door dash. I filed a complaint with tropical smoothie and asked for a refund with no response from them. Careful if you’re ordering delivery. $26 was basically waisted. I have ordered through their website numerous times and have never had an issue. Do to this, I will never order delivery from them again and will only order if I personally pick up myself

  I love this place, my kids love it, I love it, it is overall just a great place to be. If I were to recommend a smoothie place, it would be this. The service is great and I am treated with respect, the food and smoothies are amazing, and there is a soft sound playing while you order and eat. Love it and would recommend.

  They used to let you bring your own cup to avoid another needless piece of styrofoam in the landfill. Apparently no longer, they looked at me like I was offering them a severed limb. This is something most cafes do every day, and that this place managed to do without hassle until now. New management isn’t great, and it shows in the quality of food as well as their inability to understand how cups work. The hummus wrap, which used to be a solid “meh,” is now a cold tortilla filled with 90% lettuce.

  I usually never make reviews, but this time it was so bad i had to. I order here often usually the same thing, never really had been problems. I ordered this day and the lady taking my order I don’t know if she fully understood what I was saying, after the order i read the receipt and two things weren’t right, i got my smoothie while i was waiting in line to correct the receipt. I order the smoothie with strawberry, banana, and white chocolate. many times i’ve gotten back dark chocolate by accident, or no banana, but they always fix it. When i tasted the smoothie it tasted like ice and strawberries, another employee helped fix my order and there was a huge difference in the smoothie colors and the second smoothie was what i wanted. the girl who took my order seemed upset that i had to correct the receipt, after i got the rest of my order and i go to look down at my food there is her hair on my food.

  This has always been one of my favorite restaurants in town, and very consistent for the most part, but my last two smoothies have not held up to that standard. On my last two visits the smoothies were inedible with a straw. The first time was a Peanut Paradise, and it seemed like mostly ice, as I was only able to get a bit of liquid for about one second, and then it would stop working, leaving me to take the lid off and try to slide one giant hunk of slushy out of the cup and into my face. The next was a Chocolate PB Protein, and the cocoa nibs were barely blended, and constantly just plugging my straw along with chunks of ice, like constantly. I again just ended up needing to take the lid off and attempt to drink the icy smoothie that way. It feels pretty wack considering I’m paying $9.00 for a smoothie, and the app automatically wants me to tip a minimum of 15% for that quality and service.
