The item I ordered was not included in our bag and when I called to give them a heads up the manager told me to come back for a free meal to make up for the mistake, but then when I did and followed her instructions the workers were completely rude and denied me the free meal and refused to get a hold of the manager. And I ironically, the drive thru line took forever!

It was good, order was made right, look they wasn't fast but who cares, good things come to those who wait. Good job to everyone who showed up and work. Thank you for making our order right and being nice.

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. Not sure if all of the TB's in Rapid City are managed by the same but this store is notorious for terrible service. I waited today for a drive thru app order for 37 minutes and all they could say was "we are short staffed" and offered a free taco next visit. I WILL NOT go back. Poor Store Management. If they are short staffed then management should be there to work too. And if needed pull members from other stores to balance coverage. Not rocket science. This is not the first time either. Has been like this for a very long time.

Literally the worst Taco Bell in Rapid City like stuck in the drive thru for a half an hour & still didn’t order. You guys should build another drive thru lane so whenever someone realizes how shitty this one is & gets stuck in the drive thru they can actually get out of there
Bad customer service at the window. Ethan asked me if I wanted to round up the change on my order. Which I couldn't understand what it was for. I said yes, because I thought I was just rounding up to the next coin. When I got to the window it was to the next dollar, so it was like rounding up .60, I said, what was the rounding up for and he said to go to a scholarship. I said, what scholarship? He said taco bell Employees scholarship. He said I agreed to it, I said yes, but I didn't know what it was for because I couldn't understand you when I was placing my order.
BE CLEARER! Instead of just rattling on!
He was not friendly at all, one of the worst i've had in a long time. No Thank you, no apology. No customer service whatsoever! Just handed my food and closed the window. Rude!
