  We went through the drive through we order a party pack and my wife got a deluxe box with a drink.

  Ordered through the drive-thru heading to my grandmas with only me there until the end of my order. I got to my grandmas and a meal was missing. I called and was told to come back for it and they'd do something to correct the wrong. I had drove the 30 minutes back (we came from Box Elder) and got the food. I know food gets cold driving that far, no problem there. When I got back, my tacos were hard. They were chalupas and a soft shell. Then, my sister's food, she ordered supreme and only got meat in it and my grandmas 5-layer burrito had almost no meat in it. So, I call back again and was a lot more mad because I had to drive a total of an hour already from my meal missing and now still had issues. Tried explaining to the manager, she kept cutting me off and ended up saying she would give me a refund. So, I went back a second time. The girl who was helping me was wonderful. Super polite and nice. She told me that her manager said they were just refunding me for my meal that was originally missing. I thought the manager meant the whole thing since there were issues all around. When the girl went to find out what she meant, the manager started raising her voice at me and the girl who was helping me. I said fine, I didn't know because all she said was that they would give me a refund. Never specified that it was just for the one. So, as the girl is putting it in, it rang up on the kitchens screen. The manager came back at us, yelling at the employee, telling her that it's a refund not an order. When the manager seen the computer the girl was using, she realized the employee was doing it right, she said oh ok, it is a refund and went back to the kitchen. Didn't apologize to her for yelling at her or to me for yelling at her in front of me. The girl wasn't sure if she could continue so she waited 5 seconds and the manager yelled again and said it is a refund don't worry about it on our screen. That poor girl started crying while trying to explain herself and for being yelled at while trying to help me. I let that girl know, that she is fine and doing well. Just breathe and take a minute if she needs one. I have worked fast food and I understand it is stressful, can be a it much, and usually never call to complain or really leave anyone a review. But, with just me in drive-thur and one vehicle showing up at the end of me ordering, driving a total of an hour and half for their mistake, and watching that poor girl get treated that way, I will never go back to this location. I will let anyone I know to avoid it and I am leaving this review for others to see and decide if they really want service from a place that allows a manager to act that way towards customers and employees.

  I have come to this location every once in a while for over 2 years. They have been amazing every single time, everyone is always so nice and the food is fast and tastes good.

  Why is it that out of nowhere you are making DoorDashers go inside after 10pm for orders. I showed up and was told I would have to come inside. No big deal except the fact that I watched 4 other people get served that showed up after I did. I was waiting 20 minutes for a simple order while they were pushing out drive thru orders like nothing
