  tbh im writing this at their window. we’ve been sitting in this line for over an hour and at the window for 30+ minutes. i feel awful for the people stuck behind us but like if we move its just gonna be the same thing. my babies in the backseat pissed off, this was suppost to be a quick trip. im ready to make friends with the other cars at this point

  Got DoorDash from them once again and for some reason the night crew make it everyone’s problem on why they hate their job. I get that it’s late and they probably want to go home but honestly what is this? I’m not even mad about the fact they gave it to us in a bag twice the size of what we ordered, couldn’t provide the sauce we wanted or napkins but first opening the box of my Mexican pizza and this is what I see? Seriously?

  Just sat in your drive thru for 30 minutes. This is not an exaggeration! There was a car in front of me and a car behind me. It took so long the man behind us was even losing his mind. We ordered a 12 pack of tacos. Finally the car in front of us got their food. But we sat there so long that in the meantime we ordered a pizza and got notification that our pizza was ready. So we just left the drive thru without paying and without the tacos. I was not about to sit there for another 20-30 minutes for my order, and the tacos would’ve been broken and soggy anyway. Not paying $20 for that. And the interaction at the speaker (after being told to wait 8 minutes) was, “what can get for you?” We asked, “Do you still have the 12 pack of tacos?” He replied, “yes. Is that what you want?” We said, “yes please” he said, “pull around.” Ok…. No I didn’t want anything else and not even a “thank you”… nothing. THEN we sat in the drive thru for an additional 21 minutes. INSANE! I have a lot of patience for drive thru restaurants as I am the District Manager of 6 locations and I understand staffing and such, but 20 minutes in a drive thru is completely unacceptable ANYWHERE, then the bad service on top of it was not helping.

  Literally took 10 minutes to take my order- 3 Crunchwrap sliders w/ extra sauce and a chicken quesadilla. Was told they were out of Diablo sauce. Get to the window and double check that they don’t have diablo sauce. The guy then says oh yeah we have it. 😐 Received my food and one Crunchwrap contained chicken only, no cheese or tomato or the sauce. Second one had chicken, cheese and tomato but still no sauce. Third one had cheese and tomato only. I was charged extra for extra sauce and received no sauce instead. Worst service, food and experience I have had at a fast food chain in a long time. If I’m ever in the mood to wait 20 minutes for horribly made food, I know where to waste my money.

  I would give this review a ZERO if I could! This is the second time in less than a month that we have had the worst experience with Taco Bell on West Main! The first time, my wife ordered her food in the drive thru. She waited in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes before getting her food. She was not the only one waiting in the drive thru as it was full of cars! When she got to the window, there was no apology for the wait! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! The second time (today), she went through the drive thru again. She waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes and didn’t even get to order because it was taking so long! She just left disgusted! Where is the management? MANAGEMENT, step up & be the boss & deal with the problems! That is your job! We also put a review on Taco Bell website which I hope will go to corporate!
