  We celebrated my nephews birthday. We arrived on time and was greeted by a new male employee. He didn't know what to do to check in a birthday party. He asked for the supervisor, she said they are at table x. They both debated on how many cakes I had, I said I ordered 2. I paid for what they charged me and went to the specified birthday room. We were starving, my son, husband, 2 nephews and neice and myself, so when went to the buffett area. While i was getting my food the male employee told me that I wasnt charged for both cakes and if I could pay for it now. I said I need to feed my son as he is hungry that I would be back to the front to pay in a bit. I got our food, which was delicious, and brought it back to the party room. I just started feeding my son and taking a couple bites, when that same male employee entered our reserved room and said my supervisor needs you to pay for that other cake now. I said fine ill pay it but this shouldn't have been an issue if you charged me correctly when paying. I walked to the front where the women supervisor was waiting. She said we need that cake paid for right away. I said if your employee didnt know how to charge for a birthday party she should have been there. She said it needs to be paid right away because other people left and didnt pay before. I said, really I just shelled out over $350 and would not do such a thing. I said thats very rude to say to a customer. I paid the bill and went back to the room to finish the rest of the party. We did enjoy ourselves the rest of the time and left promptly on time and left the party room clean.

  Love the buffet style food, all my family can find the kinda stuff they are needing to eat health or just good. Fountain drinks make it easy to get your favorite blend of soda. Not a fan of the arcade rooms with noises binging and lights flashing, full of cheap stuff for prize tickets but others may enjoy that stuff.

  We went there for a late lunch. It was still full of people though and they were working hard to keep after the food. The food was scarfed up as soon as it was brought out. So it probably would have been better if it hadn’t been as full. But we enjoyed the food as we always do at Pizza Ranches. One thing I appreciate about Pizza Ranch is their faith based values.
