- MLMia LlouveJan 25, 20262.0We ordered a pizza from Papa John’s tonight and it arrived cold. Yes, it’s cold outside, but we’re still paying for a hot pizza, not leftovers straight from the fridge. Delivery took forever, so we called to complain (yes on some Karen ish). The employee we spoke with talked in circles and even said something along the lines of, “Well, I didn’t expect you’d want another one tonight because you’ll probably eat it and there won’t be any leftovers.” Honestly… what? We didn’t expect to receive a cold pizza or be made to feel like an inconvenience for expecting the bare minimum. We’re not sorry for asking someone to do the job they’re paid to do, and that’s deliver hot food. Really disappointing experience all around. Our female delivery driver was super nice tho! Just not the guy on the phone.
