  Literally ate a life changing sandwich here. I was on a trip out of town from Nebraska and ate lunch here 3/21/26 11:30AM. Whoever was making the sandwiches that day did a superb job. I believe I got the #9 italian night club, giant. The quality and freshness of all the veggies were great. The meat was cooked fresh and hot, seasoned well and juicy. The bun was warm with a soft inside, and thin crust. And it was drowning in vinegar, just how i like it. This was truly a sight to behold, not to mention the girl at the register was super nice and patient. The place started to fill up but we didn’t have to wait an eternity despite our large order. i ate half when we got it and the other half maybe 45 minutes later and it was just as good. When i tell you this is the best sandwich I’ve ever had I mean it, the workers that day deserve an award for creating miracles🤣 I swear I’m not making any of this up lol, this happened last month and I had to make my first review ever for this one👌

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. I’ve placed two fairly large orders at this location over the past three months — both were for 8+ sandwiches (all combos). In both cases, they messed up the one sandwich that specifically requested no condiments. That’s frustrating because once a sandwich is made with condiments, you can’t really undo it. On the second order, they also forgot two drinks, which I fortunately caught before leaving. I contacted Jimmy John’s corporate about the issue. They told me they would relay the message, but since this location is franshise- owned, they rely on the owner to address the problem. I waited about 10 days hoping someone would reach out, but never heard anything. If you have a special order at this store (even as simple as leaving off something), just be aware — you might want to double check everything before you leave.

  Today when I got my pick up order, my bottle of Diet Coke was so warm I could warm my hands with it. Like it had been stored next to the heater and never been refrigerated. My Vito sandwich had tuna inside the wrapper. Not a good combination.
