    Dirty store rude staff. I saw the order was wrong on the screen tried to correct it. The staff became argumentative. Was told they were out of receipt paper when I asked for a receipt. Then when I got my food was only one burnt patty between a bun and was told if I didn’t have a receipt there was nothing they could do. This location should just be closed.

    I went to order a combo with one substitution I've done for years and recently at a different location. But they rung up everything separately saying the system won't let them substitute chili instead of fries. And they said it'd be the same cost, but chilli sub was never a $3 upcharge. I was polite the whole time but the cashier had an attitude the entire time, the manager was brushing it all aside like it was no big deal. So I said I'd go somewhere else and the cashier loudly groans and shouts "OH MY GOD!!" Couldn't even wait until I was gone or the window was shut. Real professional and mature.
