    The service was terrible, not only did she say we couldn't order a certain item but when we asked for our sauce because she forgot it she basically threw it in our hands and slammed the door on us. I did not feel welcomed at all. And when we got our food out she not only wrapped it bad she wrapped up the paper in the burrito. Not happy at all.

    The worst Taco bell! They told us "you can only order 5 items because we are short staffed" The time before "we have to catch up on our door dash orders before we can help" We left with no food because they wouldn't tell us how long. Smoking weed, to where you can smell that nasty weed when getting our food. It's always a problem at this location.

    Felt very rushed to make an order and couldn't finish making the order without being interrupted with the "will that complete your order" tagline while the establishment its self was nice the employees definitely dont have the temperament for fast food.

    this establishment in Rapid City is one of the most poorly staffed places I have encountered. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by the staff is absolutely insane, tonight I had what sounded like a underage teenage girl tell us that “i ain’t finna make food tonight so go ahead and get a refund on the app” then didn’t elaborate any further lol they just be hiring anybody
