  As I write this, I have been in the drive through line for 40 minutes. I am the third car from the window, still. Maps even says slower than normal for this time of evening. What?

  Worst one in town. Waited in drive thru line for 20 minutes before a customers came outside and told us all they a rent even taking drive thru orders. Put up a sign or something cuz that’s bullshit.

  Went to this taco bell today @ 3:15. 4 people working. 2 customers in lobby. Ordered from kiosk. Took a long time to get food (15/20 minutes). Ordered tropical Rockstar drink, recieved it midway through my meal. Did not taste like it was supposed to. Took it back & was not made correctly. They were going to remake it. 15 minutes later, I am at the counter still waiting when someone finally pauses in their conversation & asks me what I"m waiting for. My drink that was made incorrectly the 1st time & being remade??? Finally recieved my drink. Had strawberry in it and tastes watered down. Will never go to this taco bell again. Trash was full, taco sauce on floor, and employees more concerned about talking & drive thru customers to be bothered by lobby or walk in customers!

  Absolutely horrendous. Extremely long wait times, 45 minutes to over an hour of waiting either in line or to just get your food after ordering. It seems like every time I come here now I am waiting longer for my food than I would at any sit-down restaurant ANYWHERE. On top of that drive through line all the way out to the road and wrapping around the parking lot. A parking lot that for that past idk how long has been filled with high school kids cars. Nearly every spot has a car filled with high school kids. All of which are blasting music as loud as they can with windows down, yelling and hollering. It it ridiculous that I sit here having to listen to that, wait so long for food that is at best a 3/10 for all the Taco Bell I have had in the past, and watch McDonald’s across the street keep up with their 2 order station drive through.

  Seems like they have the potential to be a good team, because the people are nice! They are, however, extremely disorganized and careless when they make mistakes. We are stuck at the window right now, and a guy in line just walked up to ask them if the line was going to move because we've been here for 1/2 hour...and they blamed us for having a large order!!! We got 5 items. Never mind, you just lost 2 stars and are getting one now.
