I often put in a pick up order on the app on my way to work and wind up sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes. They need to quit letting high schoolers use the parking lot at a hang out. It’s a small parking lot as is and to have kids driving recklessly through the parking lot and acting up isn’t good for service

Food was cold & cheese wasn’t even melted . My bean & cheese burrito was mostly like tortilla . My husbands chicken cantina had no chicken in it . Can’t even complain bc they just act unprofessional . The E North location is a lot better & hardly have any issues there . It just sucks bc I do live on the west side & sometimes have late dinners after a long day . Please do better!!!!
- SNS NDec 17, 20251.0Ordered Uber eats for lunch at midnight. No driver picked up my order. I went to get it myself. I didn't get what I ordered. I got taco shells with about a teaspoon of meat, a teaspoon of tomato, just the smell of sour cream and no cheese at all. They didn't have the ingredients for what I ordered, so they substituted what was supposed to be nachos bell grande. I got a bowl full of stale chips, a teaspoon of tomato and a teaspoon of beans. It was awful. I tipped a driver which didn't exist, paid full price for inedible food which I had ti vo get myself and I wished Pizza Hut had just been open. Never, EVER again will I order from this awful place again.
