We waited to pay for 25 minutes and waited for our subs but no one came. We finally went inside and they had just started working on the sub, the man explained that one of the workers was off not doing his job and that’s why it took so long. It’s unacceptable to sit at a drive through minutes for over 20 minutes and not even get told that they are working on the subs and have to end up going inside. Food is always great- service could use some work.
